Every ambitious business owner should have a plan. But plans are useless, without sufficient power to translate them into action.
What do we mean by power? Power may be defined as “organised and intelligently directed knowledge”. In this respect, organised action is produced through the coordinated effort of two or more people who work toward a clearly defined goal, in the spirit of harmony.
As individuals our knowledge, experience and effort will always be limited. Put two people together and these features increase exponentially – sometimes tenfold.
Mastermind groups of two or more are powerful in both an economic nature and a psychic sense. The economic feature is obvious. Economic advantages are created when you surround yourself with the advice, counsel and co-operation of a group of reliable people who are willing to lend wholehearted support, collaborate and promote your cause. The psychic phase of the Master Mind principle is much more abstract and more difficult to comprehend because it has reference to spiritual forces with which the human race, as a whole, is not well acquainted. It is claimed by authors and users of the “Think and Grow Rich” methodology that “No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be liked to a third mind”.
We rationalise this with words like coincidence, sixth sense, luck!
And yet when we study highly successful entrepreneurs both past and present we find that they all, without exception, gathered around them men and women of talent – coaches, mentors, advisers and like-minded entrepreneurs to tap into their knowledge, creativity and ‘brain power’, which leads me on to the question:
Who is in your mastermind Group?
Consider also the fact that there are only two known elements in the whole universe – energy and matter. Scientifically it is proven that matter may be broken down into units of molecules, atoms and electrons. There are units of matter which can be isolated, separated and analysed.
Likewise, there are units of energy. Mastermind Groups harness this energy by forming an affinity which influences both their decisions and those of the people they do business with. In short, there is a proven methodology to how we can use the energy, vibrations and transmissions of our brain to influence ourselves, others and outcomes.
