Amy is Head of Quality Improvement within the NHS and has worked in healthcare for 12 years.
Amy has a black belt in Lean Six Sigma methodology and, in her current role, leads a team to deliver transformational change, including mindset and behaviour change. She also uses the method to tackle large-scale complex issues in healthcare organisations.

Hayley’s portfolio includes several growing SMEs across many sectors, primarily property development and investment, serviced-based companies, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses looking to expand. Based in our Ashford office, a key priority is providing excellent client service and assisting clients with business growth via outsourcing, implementation of digital systems, share restructuring and strategic accounting.
