Business Consultant & Coach
Damien started Business Mechanix because he noticed that business owners just wanted a quick and painless overview and diagnostic of the current performance of their company along with ongoing business coaching support that focused on valuable insights, practical ideas and affordable solutions in order to achieve their goals.

He has a strong background in coaching SME’s, sometimes working in conjunction with the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, but also through his own private client roster. He used to run his own small business training adults in foreign languages (he speaks fluent French), has a degree in European Business Studies and numerous teaching and coaching qualifications under his belt.

NHS
Amy is Head of Quality Improvement within the NHS and has worked in healthcare for the past 12 years.
Amy has a black belt in Lean Six Sigma methodology and, in her current role, leads a team to deliver transformational change, including mindset and behaviour change, as well as using the method to tackle large-scale complex issues in healthcare organisations.

Hayley Kingsnorth
Hayley joined Azets in May 2019 as a Client Services Director, bringing her 18 years of experience working with owner-managed businesses.

Hayley’s portfolio includes several growing SMEs across many sectors, primarily property development and investment, serviced-based companies, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses looking to expand. Based in our Ashford office, a key priority is providing excellent client service and assisting clients with business growth via outsourcing, implementation of digital systems, share restructuring and strategic accounting.

King James is the Senior Pastor of Favour House Church in Blean, Canterbury. He is one of the major sponsors and supporters of the Kings Summit and was instrumental in its conception, having received a vision from God about blessing Business Owners and Leaders across the World.
