With so much uncertainty in the business arena, it’s refreshing to see the outstanding progress of Kent based companies who are partaking in the current Scale Up Programme with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce. In total up to 70 companies are working with qualified, professional coaches and mentors over a period of 12 months to help them to Scale Up their business.
The programme has been delivered in partnership with New Level Results Ltd , Co-founder, Simon Teague, identifies that “businesses don't grow in straight lines; they grow in steps and at each step you have different issues to overcome”.
Simon and his team have worked with a whole range of companies from small businesses with income of £100,000 to large corporations with multimillion-pound turnover, so they have the knowledge and experience to help you climb each step successfully. Simon is also one of the co-founders of The Kings Summit, held last year and supported by Favour House Church to teach business owners proven ethical ways of developing successful businesses and leadership skills.
Following the success of last year’s conference two major companies in Kent, Wilkins Kennedy and HRGO are sponsoring The Kings Summit. In addition, Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce are promoting the event to their members.
